• Η ημερομηνία παραλαβής με την ημερομηνία αποστολής του προϊόντος να μην ξεπερνά της 7 ημέρες.
• Το προϊόν να επιστρέφετε στην αρχική του συσκευασία.
• Το προϊόν να μη έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί (λερωθεί, σκιστεί κ.λπ.)
• Τα έξοδα επιστροφής καλύπτονται από τον καταναλωτή

Μόλις παραλάβουμε και εγκρίνουμε την επιστροφή σας, μπορείτε είτε να επιλέξετε άλλο προϊόν είτε να σας επιστραφούν τα χρήματα.

Your refund depends on the payment method you selected. If you had prepaid your order with PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account as soon as we receive the products back. If you had prepaid by credit card, upon arrival of the products to our store, your card debit will be canceled and the money will be credited to your account. However, if you have opted for a deposit or a bank deposit in both cases it is necessary for us to indicate your IBAN to your account where you will be credited with the money of the returned products within 5 business days.

The amount credited to your account will be all the amount you have paid for jewelry other than the initial shipping costs and shipping costs to our store. This means that you will be refunded the entire amount except the amount corresponding to shipping cost.

You can return jewelry received within 15 days of the day you received it. A prerequisite is to properly pack the jewelry (in the packages shipped to you) in order to protect it from shipment. You also incur the expense of return shipping from your country of residence to Greece. Upon receipt of the returned products from our online store, the entire amount will be credited, except shipping for shipping abroad (see Shipping Methods).
